For all the fancy ladies and gentlemen out there who enjoy the weekend bustle of Central, I've found the perfect afternoon hangout spot for you. It's a plus if you like dim sum too.

Tucked away on the 4th floor of Landmark is China Tang, one of Sir David Tang's many culinary delights that opened back in 2013 that's decked out in his signature retro-Chinese decor and breathes an air of understated luxury. They've just launched a weekend happy hour dim sum set that includes a glass of Ruinart bubbly paired with 6 premium dim sum dishes. This dim sum set is available every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday from 2:00-4:30pm in the lounge area for HK$288 per person

I went and tried it with a friend last weekend and it was a truly luxe experience! The ambience was perfect for a long due catch up, and the champagne certainly helped to get us both talking. Service was on point and everything you'd expect from a fancy restaurant, and of course, the dim sum was also pretty amazing. My favorite was the baked puff pastry filled with yunnan ham and scallion.
