Our city is a strange place for Christmas. On the one hand, Hong Kong's malls and streets are decked out with the most abundant of Christmas decorations and accessories, but on the other, we have absolutely no clue with regards to the actual traditions - or even a simple, but easily heart-warming, gesture of sending a Christmas card!
Often, we'll find expats asking us "Where can I get nice Christmas cards?", which are mostly followed by sighs of "Is this it?". Of course, you can drop into city'super's stationery branch LOG-ON to find your bunch of over-priced Japanese cards (which are pretty but honestly so not worth the price tag), or you can go to your local stationery supplies store and get a card that's cheap, but probably not very modern/current.
This leads us to our solution for you: kikki.K.
Available online and in-store, you can get a single cheeky greeting card from HK$37, or a 10-pack with super cute animal designs from HK$110 - the selection is endless and is perfect for someone looking for a cute twist on the traditional Christmas card. Below are some of our favorites - which ones will you get for your loved ones?
