Where Fashionistas Holiday
As we approach the end of March, it's time to think about the next holiday... Easter! But where to go?
We've got you covered with 4 tropical travel destinations (all with super Instagrammable views and amazing hotels) inspired by fashionistas, models and just really cool people (the best way to put it). Ok maybe these places are a bit too far for a short holiday, but you can always visit this list again later ;)
Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico
If you don't know who Camille is, stop reading this article and go watch this Vogue video first. The Parisienne model and actress visited the stunning Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico last year and stayed at the Ritz Carlton Reserve. With enough sun to soak up a year's worth of vitamin D, and sand to fill up your whole suitcase, Puerto Rico is the perfect destination for any city girl craving a stress- and distraction-free holiday.
When Milan-based It Girl Patricia Manfield isn't strutting around fashion week or being followed around by Vanity Fair, she jets off to Greece to work on her tan, roll in the sand and eat! On her latest trip to the island of Mykonos, she stayed at an artsy and homey boutique hotel called Ftelia Bay. Just looking at her Instagram snaps makes us want to go there!
This 24-year-old Spanish native runs the fashion blog amlul.com, where she not only documents her effortless style, but also all her holidays and adventures. On her trip to St Barths last year, she stayed at the sun-kissed Hotel Christopher, a place she called "a real oasis in paradise". What a statement! Breakfast by the sea, infinity pool by the sea, room overlooking the sea... if you like the ocean, this place is for you. You can find Gala's blog post about her stay at Hotel Christopher on her blog here.
Last but not least, freelance journalist and fashion scene regular Pandora Sykes loves a good tropical holiday to relax and unwind. She just visited Columbia, where she stayed at the 17th Century Casa San Augustin Hotel in Carteguna. Pandora's written an extensive post on what to do (and where to eat!) in Columbia on her blog here.
