Siki Im's Fall/Winter 2016 Collection dissects the balance between life and death, and dresses the latter as a romantic, almost ethereal, extension of true love. The inspiration stems from intimidation and fear, and is graphically splashed across the hair and faces of angry, zombified models, which may stand as quite a distraction against the comparably plain clothes.
Silhouettes are long and draped, but not baggy, and elaborate layering, often bordered with long zips, is complemented with simple structured outerwear. The colors are subdued to shades of black, oxblood, and aubergine, which at face value, simulates a set from a horror movie on zombies.
